ASSY 01 — VOLUTE CASING

Cast once, machined twice

EN-GJS-400 ductile or CD4MCu duplex. Back pull-out design: the casing stays welded into your pipework forever — everything else comes to the workshop.

ASSY 02 — IMPELLER

Balanced to G2.5

Closed, semi-open or vortex trims, keyed to the shaft. Every impeller is dynamically balanced and serialized — order a replacement with one number.

ASSY 03 — SEAL CARTRIDGE

One cartridge, zero measuring

Pre-set mechanical seal cartridges (API plans 11/53B/62). Swap in 40 minutes without a seal specialist on site.

ASSY 04 — BEARING FRAME

Runs cool for a decade

Oversized frame with oil-bath lubrication, magnetic plugs and vibration-probe bosses machined in — condition monitoring is a bolt-on, not a retrofit.

ASSY 05 — DRIVE END

Motor-agnostic by design

Spacer coupling and standard IEC/NEMA mounts. Re-motor, up-rate or add a VFD without touching alignment on the wet end.
