If you can't answer 'what's our CAC by channel this month?' in under 30 seconds, you're making decisions on vibes. We build dashboards that pull from every tool your business runs on — ad platforms, CRM, billing, support, warehouse — into a single screen where the numbers update in real time and the definitions are consistent across the team.

Our specialty is the boring, unsexy work that actually makes dashboards trustworthy: the warehouse and ETL layer underneath. Most 'dashboards' you see in companies are Google Sheets pulled together by an analyst every Friday. That breaks the moment someone is on leave. We build proper data pipelines on BigQuery, Snowflake or Postgres with dbt for transformation, so the numbers are always fresh and always reconcile.

On top of that layer, we build for whatever tool your team prefers — Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or open-source Metabase. There's no 'best' BI tool; there's only the one your team actually opens. We help you pick based on budget, technical fluency, and what data sources you're unifying.

Diagnosis

Why flying blind costs more than you think

The companies that grow fastest are the ones who know their numbers cold. When you can see CAC rising two weeks before your finance team can, you cut that channel before it eats the quarter. When you can see which cohort has the highest LTV, you double down on acquiring more like them. Dashboards aren't a nice-to-have — they're the feedback loop that lets every other investment you make compound.

Without good data infrastructure, strategy is guesswork. Your CEO builds decks from stale Excel files. Your marketing team argues about attribution. Your ops team misses a stockout because the alert never fired. Every week without dashboards is another week those decisions get made with incomplete information.

Operating proof

Dashboards that are backed by governed data, not fragile spreadsheets.

We define the metrics, connect the sources, model the data, and ship dashboards your team can trust in recurring decisions.

Best fit

Who gets the most value from this

Good fit

  • Teams arguing over which number is correct
  • Founders who need CAC, LTV, revenue, and ops metrics in one place
  • Marketing teams reconciling ad platforms with CRM data
  • Companies ready to move past manual weekly spreadsheets

Not the right fit

  • Teams that only need a one-off spreadsheet report
  • Businesses without enough consistent source data to automate yet
Process

How we build your data stack

Clear stages, explicit approvals, and no handoff gaps.

01

Define the questions

We start from the metrics your leadership actually needs to see (not a wishlist of every chart). Typically 15–30 KPIs across revenue, marketing, ops and product. Everything else gets built on top of this list.

02

Connect the sources

Ad platforms, CRM, billing, support, product events — we map every source and pick the right ingestion tool (Fivetran, Airbyte, custom scripts) based on volume and freshness needs.

03

Model the data

Raw data is messy. We use dbt to build clean, tested, documented models in your warehouse so every dashboard queries the same source of truth. No more 'which number is right?' debates.

04

Build the dashboards

Executive summary for leadership, operational drill-downs for each team. Built in the BI tool your team will actually use. We train everyone on how to read and extend them.

05

Monitor & iterate

Dashboards rot. KPIs change. We offer monthly review calls to add new metrics, retire unused ones, and alert on anomalies in the data.

Depends on team and budget. Power BI is the cheapest if you already pay for Microsoft 365. Tableau is the strongest for ad-hoc exploration but licenses are expensive. Looker Studio is free and great for marketing dashboards. Metabase is the best open-source option if you have an in-house engineer and want self-hosting. We'll recommend one after seeing your stack.

If you're pulling data from more than 3 sources, yes. Tools like BigQuery and Snowflake have usage-based pricing that starts around ₹5,000–20,000/month for a small business. Without a warehouse, every dashboard connects directly to source systems, which is slow, fragile, and blows up the API rate limits on your ad platforms.

A scoped executive dashboard covering 10–15 metrics from 3–5 sources: 4–6 weeks. A full-stack build with warehouse, dbt modelling and 4–5 team dashboards: 2–3 months. We ship a working exec dashboard in week 2 so leadership has something to look at while we're still building the full stack.

GA4 is good for web behaviour analytics but poor at pulling in CRM, billing, ad-spend or support data. If all you need is 'how did my website perform?', GA4 is enough. If you need 'what's our blended CAC and LTV by segment?', GA4 is one source of many and you need a real warehouse.

Yes — dashboard cleanup is one of our most common projects. Typical issues: numbers don't reconcile across dashboards, refreshes are slow, filters behave unexpectedly, nobody remembers who built it. We audit, document, fix and add ownership so it doesn't fall apart again.

Multi-touch attribution is genuinely hard post-iOS 14 and we're honest about it. We build data-driven, time-decay and position-based models in your warehouse so you can triangulate — not a single 'true' number, but a range that lets you make confident budget decisions. For most SMBs, a solid last-non-direct-click + first-click combo is 80% of the value of fancier models.

Yes — most clients move to a monthly retainer after launch for new metrics, data model changes, and anomaly investigation. Starts at very affordable rates for light support, scales up based on volume.
